About the machine
Environmentally friendly firewood processor TITAN 40/20 Premium is cutting logs with WIDIA circular sawfrom cemented carbide resilient to foreign materials that cut logs in the shortest time possible. Furthermore, it requires no lubrication with oil that could be dispersed in the environment. Because of completely mechanical operations, the firewood processor can also be used in more demanding conditions. A telescopichydraulic lifting table for logs up to 4 m is available for easier work. The drive is possible via PTO, electric motor, or a combination of both.

Carbide tipped circular saw
Thanks to its resilience to foreign materials in the wood and the shape of its teeth, the cemented carbide circular saw will cut through the log with an incredible speed. The movement of the circular saw, including the adjustment of the cutting speed, is hydraulically controlled.
ECO FRIENDLY - The circular saw requires no lubrication with oil which could be dispersed in the environment, so there is no risk of environmental pollution.

Lower hitch
Lower hitch is foldable or extendable for normal transport even with a lifting table. The hitch comes with an adjustable support leg.
Driven in-feed rollers
The timber wood enters the machine with the help of transport rollers that enable an uninterrupted process even when operating with moisture.

BoomSpeed
BoomSpeed shortens the splitting cycle by up to 60% compared to the base model, with the same splitting force (20t). Specially built cylinder and the additional valves enables a better oil flow and a greater splitting speed.
Telescopic hydraulic lifting table
A telescopic hydraulic lifting table, up to 4m long, eases the work for the user. It can be PTO driven, electromotor driven or a combination of both.
Oil cooler
Meant for persons who use the machine for longer periods of time with no breaks in-between. It prevents oil overheating.
Oil heater
Oil heater pre-heats the oil, when the machine is idle, for easier start-up. It is only available for the electro motor variant. The PTO driven variant requires no oil heater.
Separator
The extremely light separator (22kg) allows the wood to fall on the trailer or in the bag while keeping the surroundings clean (free of sawdust).

The package contains: LED lights on the removable holder, additional light holders for the machine in working position, side and front light reflectors and a safety triangle.
